The item must be returned with all original tags, accessories, and documentation.
2. Non-Returnable Items Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
Items marked as “final sale.”
Opened or used collectibles.
Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.
3. How to Return an Item To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Our team will send you instructions on how to return the item and a return shipping label, if applicable.
4. Return Shipping Costs Unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
5. Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account depending on your payment provider.
6. Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
